LAUNCH

In order to train leaders, NEO360 utilizes LAUNCH - an emerging leadership network to train leaders to plant kingdom-advancing churches that will reach a city for Christ. Launch is a nine-month residency program that meets for two and a half hours on Wednesday nights from September to May. During this time, local leaders come and speak on various topics related to church planting in Northeast Ohio:

• Creating Culture
• Assimilation
• Gathering a Crowd
• Developing a Preaching Plan
• Philosophy of Ministry
• Core Values
• Developing a Vision and Mission
• Writing a Church Planting Perspectus

If you are interested in enrolling in an upcoming Launch Session, please take the initial online assessment and complete it by June 30th in order to start in September. Be sure to list NEO360 as the sending agency when you register.
